1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a return. Customized items are not eligible for returns unless defective upon receipt.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personalized items, gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.
4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Puthur, Trichy-620017. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
